The garage/yard sale feature provides an on-line process for obtaining and monitoring sales. Name, Address, Telephone and similar information is collected for permit monitoring purposes and the site address, date and time of sale is published on the web site. By law, this is public information. Presence on the web page is given the same privacy priority as if it were not provided on the Internet.
