It is the policy of the City to provide an efficient and timely response to all requests for access to, or copies of, public information, within reasonable limitations imposed by workload. All requests are processed through the City Clerk's Office. Requests may be by mail, verbally, by e-mail or in person. When possible, a request form is desired. If the number of copies is 10 pages or less, no fee will be charged. The fee for additional pages is $.10 per page.
