Statement of Economic Interests Form - 700

The Political Reform Act requires public officials to disclose assets and income that may be materially affected by their official actions. The Act requires governmental agencies to ensure that their public officials (City Council and Mayor, City Manager, City Treasurer, City Attorney, and City Planning Commissioners); and designated city employees disclose their interests on or before April 1st of each year. The Filing of financial disclosure forms are managed through the Office of the City Clerk.

* Filing and Viewing Statements

To create an easier way for filers to complete statements, the City of San Dimas approved the use of an electronic filing system. This system allows all required officials to electronically file their 700 Form. To submit a statement with the City, access the Filer System (link under construction)
