Curt Morris was elected to the City Council in 1980. He was elected Mayor of the San Dimas in 1997 and re-elected in 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009. He also represents the residents of San Dimas on various boards and committees for the City and region. Mayor Morris represents the City Council on the City's Development Plan Review Board, the Public Safety Commission and the Golf Course Advisory Committee. He attends regular meetings for the Board for the Los Angeles County Sanitation District; the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority, and the California Contract Cities Association. In addition, Curt Morris serves on the Board of Directors of Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and is a member of the Board of Directors of Inter Valley Health Plan.

Curt Morris is an attorney in private practice with an office in San Dimas. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Loyola University Law School. He and his wife, Glenda, have three adult children.
