The public may address Council Members during the "Oral Communications" portion of City Council meetings.
If you are interested in a particular Public Hearing item, the public is given a chance to speak when the item is considered by the City Council.

There are two ways to get minutes from City Council meetings. You can either get a copy of draft minutes from the website by selecting "minutes" below or you can contact the City Clerk at 909.394.6216 for a copy.
City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 245 E. Bonita Avenue.

Agendas for City Council meetings are posted at least 72 hours before each meeting at City Hall, the San Dimas Library, the Post Office, the Via Verde Shopping Center and on the City's website.

The general public may schedule an appointment with an individual Council member by contacting the City Clerk at 909-394-6216 or by e-mail (below).
If you would like to address the entire council at one time, you may speak during the Oral Communication portion of the City Council meeting.
You can also e-mail any member of the Council by selecting "E-mail City Council" below.

Council meetings are rebroadcast every Monday - Friday at 7:00 p.m. on Cable Channel 3 KWST San Dimas. A copy of a DVD of a City Council Meeting is also available at City Hall.
