The City of San Dimas has several facilities that are available to residents of San Dimas on an occasional basis including the Senior Citizen Community Center, Ladera Serra Park Building and several conference and meeting rooms. In addition, the Stanley Plummer Community Building is available to both residents and non-residents of San Dimas.
A $500 refundable security/cleaning deposit is required to make a reservation for the Community Building. A $500 refundable security/cleaning deposit is required for the SC/CC. Facility reservations are subject to cancellation if fees are not paid in full fifteen days prior to events. Your security/cleaning deposit will be retained if the building reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the event.
The use of alcoholic beverages is allowed inside the building upon the approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation on a case-by-case basis. A meal must be served. Alcoholic beverages may be sold only by a person possessing a current, valid license from the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings.
Decorations must be of flameproof material. Decorations must be removed immediately after the event. No nails, tacks, staples or other materials considered harmful or defacing to the building or furnishings will be permitted.
