Development Projects/ Environmental Info

Grove Station

The mixed use development project and the office building are complete, located on the east side of San Dimas Avenue, just north of Arrow Highway.  The rear portion of the project is being developed by the Olson Company and consists of 67 townhomes.  The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Bonita Canyon Gateway

Construction of 156 apartments on 6.28 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Bonita Avenue and San Dimas Canyon Road.  Projected completion in 2015.  More information coming soon.

Lone Hill Tract

These 18 homes by Williams Homes sit atop of Lone Hill. Three 2-story floor plans will be offered ranging from 3,131 to 3,940 square feet. Most of the homes have been sold and are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Bel Vintage

Construction has started on nine two-story single-family residences on the last remaining lots within the Estate Area of the Bel Vintage Community.  There is a total of five different floor plan/architectural styles and nine lots.  Floor Plan 1 is a 3,727 sq. ft. two-story residence that has a one-story appearance from the street.  Floor Plan 2 is a 3,990 sq. ft. two-story residence.  This floor plan will be developed on flat lots allowing for the full two-stories to be visible from the street.  Most of the homes have sold.  The project is expected to be complete early 2014.

Citrus Station at Gladstone & Lone Hill

Bank of the West

Construction is complete on the 4,240 sq. ft. building for the Bank of the West.  Doors should be opening soon.

Multi-Tenant Shop Building

Construction has started for a new 8,416 sq. ft. multi-tenant shop building intended to accommodate 5 tenant spaces ranging in size from approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft.  The shop building will include food and retail uses.

Oak Valley Project

A General Plan Amendment land use density designation from Single-Family Very Low to Single-Family Low as well as change in land use classification from Single-Family Agriculture and Light Agriculture to Single-Family with a minimum lot size of 7,500 square feet in an area comprised of 27.41 acres. The Oak Valley Subdivision proposes to subdivide 10.55 acres of the Project Area into 32 residential parcels. The Project Area includes the 200 Block of West Allen Avenue, 800 Block of North Cataract and a portion of the 700-800 Blocks of North San Dimas Avenue. The Oak Valley Subdivision proposed to subdivide 10.55 acres of the Project Area into 32 residential parcels.
An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) has been prepared for the project that has been circulated for public review. The review will run from September 9, 2016 through September 29, 2016. The IS/MND documents are available below.
