Oak Valley Project

A General Plan Amendment land use density designation from Single-Family Very Low to Single-Family Low as well as change in land use classification from Single-Family Agriculture and Light Agriculture to Single-Family with a minimum lot size of 7,500 square feet in an area comprised of 27.41 acres. The Oak Valley Subdivision proposes to subdivide 10.55 acres of the Project Area into 32 residential parcels. The Project Area includes the 200 Block of West Allen Avenue, 800 Block of North Cataract and a portion of the 700-800 Blocks of North San Dimas Avenue. An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) has been prepared for the project that has been circulated for public review. The review will run from September 9, 2016 through September 29, 2016. The IS/MND documents are available below.
