The next City election will be held on March 3, 2020. All city elections are now consolidated with the County of Los Angeles where all voting centers (polling locations), voting center workers (poll workers) and ballot processing will be handled. The City Clerk will be responsible for qualifying candidates to run for office.
The nomination period will be from November 12, 2019, thru December 6, 2019. Appointments will be required to both pickup and file nomination documents. More details and dates will be posted as material and information become available. Candidates Manuals will not be available until nomination papers are filed and candidate statement fees are paid.
