Community members are invited to attend the 43rd Annual Fine Art Exhibition and Sale hosted by the San Dimas Festival of Arts. The exhibit features paintings and sculptures in many mediums and styles, ranging from traditional to contemporary, with images showing the many dimensions of California life and history.
The exhibition will begin on Friday evening, April 26 with a Premier Opening Reception at 6 pm, reservations required, and will continue through Sunday afternoon, April 28 until 4 pm. The public is invited to view exhibiting artists at the Plein Air Event on Friday and Saturday in downtown San Dimas and surrounding areas. The Awards Dinner will be Saturday at 6 pm, reservations required. Renowned artist, Mian Situ will be the Featured Artist for 2019. Other events will include a Quick Draw & Auction on Saturday, and a Student Art Exhibit and Competition for students within the Bonita School District throughout the weekend.
Viewing all the artwork is free of charge and open to the public from 10 am to 9 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday. The event will be held inside of the Stanley Plummer Community Building, located at 245 East Bonita Avenue.
